The "Applicant Pending" queue will show you a list of all background check invitations that have been sent to applicants that have not yet been authorized. From here, you can resend an invitation, extend the expiration date or cancel the request.

Please note that resending an invitation DOES NOT extend the expiration date.

If you cancel a request, the applicant will no longer be able to authorize their background check and submit their information for processing.
